HIRE AMANDA. My husband and I had a unique mix of DIY and professional help for our wedding, as such, there were some gaps with things like music (which we decided to do ourselves) and a few other elements of the day. Amanda and her team were not only incredibly helpful leading up to our wedding, but they simply went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us fill our gaps, taking on so much responsibility and managing minor mishaps without us even knowing. Amanda and her staff completely decorated the barn for our barn wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous. I would not and could not ever have expected our planner to do so much for us. On top of all this Amanda is just so easy and sweet to work with. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Trust me, the cost of her services (which I think are very reasonable) are beyond worth it and you will be so happy to have her in your corner for your special day. Amanda thank you so much!

Amanda and her team at Moments to Remember made our wedding on our private lakeside property as seamless and perfect as can be! From the first phone call with Amanda to hiring her, as well as each phone call meeting from 6 months, 3 months, and the weeks leading up to our special day, Amanda helped us stay on track for our wedding day! We decided to get married on my family lakeside property and even though I knew a lot of the vendors we decided to choose from like our rentals, photographer, videographer, catering, hair/make-up, etc, I knew we would need a day of coordinator to help our day go as smoothly as possible. Choosing Amanda and her team was the best decision we could have ever made! She helped us make our timeline, and recommended other vendors we needed but did not have yet; they set up ALL the decor. We had so much decor in our cabin in boxes and they absolutely made everything I had a dream come true! Amanda even helped ease our minds when we thought our wedding day was going to absolutely torrential downpour because our rehearsal walk the day before was a horrible storm. She kept us hopeful but realistic and made a backup plan if needed for the ceremony. Thank god we did not need it because we ended up having a beautiful day! If you are looking for a planner in the New Hampshire (New England) area, you NEED Amanda! I couldn’t recommend moments to remember enough!

The Moments to Remember NH team were incredible! We met with Amanda monthly for two years leading up to our wedding and the meetings were productive, informative, and reassuring. In the last few months before the wedding, we met with Amanda more frequently to ensure the final details were cemented. Amanda did a site walk-through early in the process to learn the location well and later was on-site to help organize the tent drop-off. Amanda and her team were incredible on the day of our wedding—they were crazy busy but got everything done and none of the rush or anxiety leeched into our experiences of the day! The team was over-prepared for problems so anything that arose was solved without needing the bride or groom’s intervention (or us even noticing a problem). Thanks to them, we had a fantastic wedding weekend that was free of stress!!

Our venue required a coordinator and they highly recommended Amanda at Moments to Remember, thank goodness they did! We chose the Day of Coordination with Finishing Touches package which was perfect for us. Right off the bat, Amanda had lots of recommendations for vendors from the area/preferred vendors who work at our venue, Allrose Farm, and with herself frequently. We had monthly check-ins with her via Google Meet which were extremely helpful to us as my wife and I had very little experience related to wedding planning, we would not have thought of all the fine details without her. Because of the package we chose, she had a large catalog of items that we could rent at no additional charge! This allowed us to rent a mirror for our seating chart, tea light candles, table runners, candle centerpieces, easels for our signs, table numbers, a card box, and more! I truly could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Amanda was so easy to work with, it felt like we were working with a friend! I would recommend her and her team a thousand times!
