We love being a part of your special life moments and making sure you have the best wedding. We are four different packages to choice from that will fit your needs and plenty of add ons to make your day extra special.

Event Management
This service is most commonly known as day-of or month-of coordination, we at Moments to Remember do not believe in "day-of" because our work starts many months in advance to ensure your wedding goes off without a hitch.
This service is designed for couple who have completed all of their wedding plans, and you need a professional to facilitate the day and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
On your wedding day, we will be the direct line of communication for everyone, including your vendors, to ensure the day is conducted according to your plans. This package includes a check-in with vendors/contacts one month before your wedding and a day-of service. We will also meet with the couple two months before the wedding to make sure they are all set with their vendors and timeline.

Event Management with Finishing Touches
This is for the couple that has a strong vision but needs a little help in making that vision come to life. We will help you connect the dots by giving you advice and guidance (when needed) on everything from decor, layout, vendors, and more.
We will be the direct line of communication for everyone, including vendors, throughout the planning process to ensure the day is exactly what you dreamed of. This package includes venue walkthroughs, multiple check-ins with vendors and us, and my vast knowledge of event planning and etiquette. This Package also comes with decor rentals.

Full Planning
This package comes with all the bells and whistles. We will help guide you through all the planning. We will sit down with the couple to discuss their likes and dislikes with weddings and come up with a wedding design that fits both the bride and groom’s personalities and wishes.
We will source and negotiate contracts on your behalf with potential vendors and manage the vendors 100% of the way. Let us worry about collecting RSVPs and all the other fine details to make your day everything you dreamed of.
