What should I know before I book?
All packages are based on 2-hours and 4 people. If you would like to have additional time, we charge $50 per hour. If you are planning on more than 4 people, it is $50 per additional person.
​
You are responsible for all food and other items at your event. Any food or other items you bring will need to be removed by you when you leave.
​
We do not supply food. If you want food we are happy to connect you with local vendors that can help or you can add on charcuterie boards or dessert platters.
​
We do not supply alcohol to ANY events.
​
The location must be a short and easy walk from the parking area. (No hikes, long trails, or stairs.) We have a lot of supplies that we bring, so we need it to be as easy as possible to unload and reload for your event.
​
You are responsible for obtaining any needed permit. Some public settings will require one.
​
If you are planning an outdoor picnic and the weather is not looking great you can reschedule up to 6 months out or we can move your event to an indoor setting.
​
We require at least a 1-month notice on all picnic events. This helps to ensure that we are fully prepared to make your picnic amazing!
